Terms and Conditions:

1. Childrens bouncy castles are strictly for under the age of 11. At no point should adults be allowed to use the inflatable as this could cause unnecessary damage to the product which will result in the hirer being faced with repair costs.

2. Whilst the age limit is 11 any child taller than the inside wall comes under the rules above regarding adults as it would be deemed unsafe.

3. Under no circumstances are signs, banners or posters to be glued, taped or hung to the unit at any time during use.

4. The hirer is responsible for any damage that occurs whilst in the hirers possession. We strongly recommend you take out public liability insurance whilst you are hiring any products which covers you in the event of any damage or injury, we have insurance cover but its to cover us, not the hirer.

5. You, The hirer are responsible to ensure a competent adult is there to supervise the unit at all times. The unit cannot be loeft unattended at any time.

6.When the unit is not in use please use the cover provided.

7. All children must remove their shoes before entering the inflatable, however socks must be worn at all times.

8. No food or drink to be taken on the equipment.

9. No foul play, ie climbing on the walls.

10. Any items returned dirty the hirer will be charged a cleaning charge.

11. All units are checked upon delivery, a copy of this paperwork will be signed by the hirer to confirm the equipment has been set up correctly and is in a good clean condition.

12. Only the delivery driver is authorised to collect the inflatable, the equipment should not be handed over to anyone else.

13. The hirer is responsible for covering cables should they be a tripping hazard, we recommend taping them down.

14. The inflation fan must be kept clear of rubbish or debris and checked throughout the hire.

15. The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any time is as follows: 15'x15' = 8 max, 12'x14' = 6 max, 11'x15'= 6 max, 14'x8' ball pond = 5 max, 19'x19' slide = 4 max.

16. Do not use in high winds or rain.

17. We reserve the right to cancel at any time should the weather not be suitable of outdoor hire, inflatables cannot be used and are unsafe at winds above 23 MPH if this is the case a full refund will be given.

18. It is up to you the hirer to ensure easy access for the driver to deliver and sufficient space to set up, ground free from rocks, sharp objects and animal fouling, if this is not the case or the area is not fit for purpose ie on a slope full payment will still be due even with a aborted delivery.

19. If you cancel within 7 days of the booking date full payment will apply, if longer than 7 days a full refund will be given.
